I hope we get some real characters this series like the brilliantly posh Raef and the whacky Lucinder from last year.”

Yes those two really made the show last year

I knew a bloke at high school who thought the unemployed were all scroungers. Couple of years later he was behind me in the queue to sign on!!! LOL

I just can't wait. Soooo looking forward to it.

It's basically a reality show with mainly intelligent people and some that just think they are, all vying for one job. They are split into teams, boys vs girls to start off with and given a task to do and a brief and they have to head off and make some money for Sirrallan, while being watched carefully by his two sidekicks who report back to SR - Nick and Margaret, just brilliant, hardly say anything but when they do it's priceless and their facial expressions are something else.

After the task they have to go back to the board room where SR has all the info on how they did and never beats about the bush in saying it how he sees it however personal. The project manager of the losing team (the one that lost money or made the least) then has to choose two people to be put forward for firing along with themselves. Boardroom scrap commences and one eventually gets fired by Sirrallan.

Usually involves lots of backstabbing, brown nosing and burying the chosen Project Manager to save their own arses and basically their true colours coming out fairly quickly. Generally there'll be one or two genuinely nice candidates who the public tend to support (Raef and Lucinda last year) but they tend to get slaughtered fairly quickly by the vultures/team mates. It's amazing to watch to see the dynamics of the teams and the egos, who's nice, who's nasty, who'll trample and crap all over everyone to save themselves. It's like "narcissists r us". We are usually thoroughly entertained by the idiots, the mentalists and the gits and there is usually much shouting, jeering and cheering at the telly. (or is that just me )

More here anyway, they have some previous episodes and clips you can have a nosey at.

That was undoubtedly the best episode ever! And the hilarious quote by SAS in the boardroom..

"Are you a Jew? .. Cos if you're unsure we can always pull your trousers down and we can check" ... PRICELESS!

Cant wait for tonight

Your in for a treat. It's the most classy, hillarious, beautifuly produced british reality show.. ever. A lot of people say that American reality shows are better than british ones (and some of them, amazing race, survivor, etcetera are) however this trumps them all.

Basically, 16 people (15 this year) have applied for a job with Sir Alan Sugar, self-made east-end multi-millionaire wideboy.

To get it, they have to live together with the other applicants in a mansion / town house / studio appartment building for 12 weeks and compete 11 business tasks and a gruelling interview.

The crappiest contestant each week gets fired, till one wins.

Simple but brilliant.

It's based on a US reality show of the same name, but is tonnes better.

I'm quite excited. I've always liked the apprentice, even from the first series; so random for me to start watching it back then. Looks like theres no walking rainbows like Lucinda last year She is my all time favorite.

Definetely not. Certainly not last year at least where bullying and agressive behaviour was encouraged and even rewarded.
