I thought Debra actually seemed fairly capable. She's got the makings of a strong candidate.

Mona, was pretty useless in my eyes. She managed her sub group well, but she was project manager. I actually think if Debra had taken the leader and Mona was 2nd in command, the girls would've won.

Phillip was a right gobby so-and-so. Still undecided whther he'll be any good. He had a slight Lee/Simon nice guy/grafter about him mixed with the slyness of Alex.

I felt sorry for Howard, he seemed to be doing an alright job. He didn't deserved to be undermined by Phillip so much. He does seem far too wet though and this will work against him. I can't see him lasting more than 3 more weeks.

Kate seems bitchy yet capable. One to watch.

I personally would've fired Mona, but Anita was no great loss. Seemed nice enough on YF though.

Interestingly, I liked Mona, although she wasn't particularly good at all, but disliked phillip, who was bloody awful. I didn't like Deborah, but I could well end up loving to hate her. The Muslim-y looking guy seemed ok, as did the Irish one. Howard did do that badly and the annoying and unfair comments from Phillip put me on his side, but I can't say I liked him.

The teacher on the other hand, the one who likes the sound of his own voice? Well, I don't like the sound of it. At all.
Being Muslim is a religion, not a race. A white person could be Muslim.

And again, an Asian can have a beard without being Muslim.

I'm sorry but an Asian with a beard like that is more than likely to Muslim.

My reasoning:

Many Asians with long beards are Muslim. If he was wearing a turban, I would have assumed he was Sikh, but of course jobsworths like you would still come along trying to shout the odds.

Next you be telling me people who own Rosary beads aren't Catholic.

Do you naturally make assumptions that all white people are Christians? Of course you don't, because unless someone deliberately tries to use their religion to get further (like that slimy chap last year) it is completely irrelevant to the Apprentice. We should give Majid the same respect, and not view everything he says in light of our assumptions about what his religious beliefs are. Had one of the white chaps made the same remarks (and some have and probably will, over this and past series), people may have found them offensive, but they would not have linked them to religion or race.

I'm not sure Katy or Claire were actually that capable; their mouths however more than compensated.
Katie Hopkins was very capable. Her mouth and attitude ruined it for her.

The beard is bloody strong clue. Stop letting PC get in the way of common sense for goodness sake.

I agree, it's not even so much the length of the beard but the shape of it (lol I know that sounds weird). No doubt the bloke is muslim. Who cares anyway.
