There isn't a facial deformity because it's been just fine since. Except her one eye was going a bit wonky in the last programme but her mouth was just fine.

It isn't a facial deformity, its just the way she moves her mouth when shes on the phone.

None of us are perfect, and most of us poke fun at our imperfections or can laugh at them. Just because Kate's is more obvious it doesn't mean its a deformity or she'd get offended by it.
