How nice was Pip about Lorraine! The look Debra had when he said those nice things! And Philip was right to say it too

I thought he did great tonight - I really liked the fact that he stuck up for Lorraine in the boardroom and said she did a good job.

Very impressed with him tonight. Really pushed for his idea to be accepted and defended and praised Lorraine well who was delighted when they came out of the boardroom.

I like Philip, he seems genuine unlike many of the others.
On the accent thing, I lived with someone from Sunderland for 4 years, and visit and still visit the North East regularly, and I thought it was there, but actually is probably more like Durham. I'm just proud that I managed to distinguish.

I like him now, after a few weeks of trying to work everyone out. He seems decent, motivating, not attention-seeking and wanting airtime, and he's loyal.

Having criticised him heavily the past couple of weeks, Phil has actually shot up in my estimations after tonight's episode.

He is ok he is the best from a pretty poor bunch of male candidates.
Should easily get to the end I think. |

Philip is good because he is always genuine. When he moans he is telling the truth. Him and Madge on You're Fired were funny! It was nice he stuck up for Lorraine, though i thought she was rubbish myself.

He did generate the only decent idea for his team, he stuck up for Lorraine and he made me laugh on Your're Fired when they showed his clips with Maj (who I was gutted to see leave).
He's ok in my book. |

He is growing on me. If he had Paula's colour hair, he would be the clear winner

I think Philip is adorable. As for the Geordie thing I am from near him and now live in the Midlands. When people call me a Geordie I am not at all offended. Maybe if I was a Mackem I would be but generally I'm just proud to be a northern lass.

Philip ...... I think I'm really falling in love with this guy...everything about him is so appealing including his voice and his accent. What a dish! Phil is my fave to win through to Sir Alan's employment!

interview with Maj on the BBC website and Maj says Phil is a dead cert winner and calls him a legend. ![]() ![]() Phillip is going to be one of those characters that is going to change people's opinions each week. He seemed very well liked in the house though. Both Rocky and Maj have done nothing but praise him. The announcer keeps making sure that we are aware that he is an estate agent every time he comes on the screen though. Rocky has stated that he is doubtful that Sir Alan would hire him in the end as he is from the North. It will be interesting to see how he does when he is Project Leader. |

I am sorry but I am still going on my gut instinct, and I will stay with my first impression.
He is arrogant, all mouth and no trousers. He can and will turn on a penny, I would never trust him. I put him in the same league as Debra. |

I like Phillip so far anyway. He has a lovely deep voice. He has a sexy look about him too. I guess I'd buy something 'reasonable' from a guy like him. I'd have him talk about the product at great length beforehand.
![]() So far I would like to see him win this! |

I really like Phil and think he's quite hot too! Not sure if he's my favourite yet though, he reminds me a little of Lee from last year (who was my favourite). I usually pick my favourite by week 4
