Jade showed her skills for coping in difficult situations whe she appeared on Celebrity Wife Swap in November... As expected, viewers tuned in to the programme in their millions. If there's one thing you can count on with Jade, it's that she can pull in crowds.

Jade's trim figure is the result of her strictly following the rigorous fitness regime that has seen her drop dress size after dress size...

That's it in a nutshell. It's such a shame that what was once a stimulating, thought-provoking exercise in pop psychology wrapped up in an accessible game show format is now just an excuse to sell a few crappy magazines.
