I know it's the best bit, but I feel that 3 rounds (all candidates, loosing team, Project manager and co) means we don't see enough task footage. The personalities of the candidates didn't start coming out till literally the final 2-3 minutes of the task. I know we learn very little in the first episode every year anyways due to there being so many people and all that, but this is the only year that I haven't bothered to catch the five live or D.S. interviews with the first fired candidate, simply because I saw too little of her and had no real impression of her.
Maybe, scrapping the 2nd round so it's, winning team announced then project manager and 2 team members fighting it out in the boardroom straight away, no pointless discussions about who was to blame when usually they chose the same people to bring back to the boardoom that they disliked during the task regardless of what is said. I know conflict is fun, but not when you care very little for / against the people engaged in it.
Keep it for the second half by all means, but scrap it in the first few weeks so we can spend more time getting to know their personalities before their fired and disappear from the show permanantly.
