hi whats every one opion on this years candidates in terms of dress sense?
out of the girls i really liked kates dress sense as she was differnt from the others. out of the men i like bens the best i really liked the colour of his tie and the colour of his braces they looked smart. The wost dressed were the male project leader i didnt like the lours he was wearing.

what do others think?

oh and i dont claim to be a fashion expert its just my views

Raef had great dress sense. Anyone remember his morning smoking jacket?

I don't have an opinion on this year's lot yet, to be completely honest, however, last year was a different matter! Jenny's scarves were total lol, as was Raef's costume, and the aura surrounding him. And don't get me started on Lucinda! What a character!

Yes! It was so funny when he would look pristine in the morning and everyone else looked like they had just rolled out of bed.

Unfortunate we don't have a candidate of such calibre this year

No Lucinda's She always brightened up the set.

IIRC Lucinda was always showered and dressed by the time Sir Alan arrived. I remember her standing at the end a row of contestants - all of them disheveled and wearing dressing gowns.

Even Raef - though it mus be admitted it was a very classy, silk dressing gown. And he didn't have a hair out of place.

Lucinda is going to be a tough act to follow.

She had such a unique sense of style.

I too really liked Ben's dress sense, he looked very smart - then again I think braces always make a man look sexy.

I hope he wears them again, I wonder if they will turn into something of a character trait, à la Lucinda's berets.

Raef had an immaculate look. He always wore a handkerchief pocket square which matched his tie. Loved him!

i belive from the previews ive seen and the fact noordul has an argument with ben over his clothes especially the braces i think the will stay rather like paul torossi whop wore braces for most tasks in season one.

Yes indeed he did, well remembered. Paul was another good-looking guy but only seemed to have one set of braces throughout the whole series if I remember rightly!!

We will have to wait and see what it said but I reckon it will simply be a case of Noorul being jealous over Ben's fashion and good looks.

I adored Lucinda's dress sense. What a fabulous wardrobe that woman had.

They are all little clones, you see this type of idiot everyday, walking their walk, talking their talk and getting nothing done.

No one gets close to Raef. Who wears braces and thinks it looks good?

i've worn braces and it does look good, i think while ben is not quite up there with reaaf he is still very smart the best dressed of all the boys i mean howard who ever told him to wear that green shirt what a no no.

I wear braces also and agree that they do wonders for professional appearance - and Ben is the proof of that, he certainly stands out in a good way from the rest of the candidates.

i glad you agree but it sems the other candidtes dont as from reports the braces get up norruls nose and on the youre fired showthey showed a clip of james saying he hates the way ben dresses especially the braces. i think its just jealousy from them and other posters to this forum as they dont look good in them

Agreed. From what James said on the You're Fired show, it's clear that his problem stems from a lack of understanding as to what braces are for. Simply saying "just buy trousers that fit" fails to acknowledge the reasons why Ben might have chosen to wear braces - it could, for instance, be for practical reasons, because he finds them comfier or more effective than a belt, or it could be for fashion and to make some kind of statement - it's certainly got us talking about him.

And besides anything else, he looks damn attractive in them. Especially since they're the button-on kind, so you just know he takes a great deal of pride in his appearance. More and more of the braces please Ben!

Most people I know (including myself) watch it for comedy value rather than anything else.

The likes of Paul, Syed, Rory, Tre and Raef were pure comedy gold.
