BT bills double this month
I received my bill today and was shocked at hoew high it was. When I went through it I realsied that BT had charged me my normal current months charges and also then the next month too.
I phoned BT up to confirm and they said they had been inundated with complaints and it was all due to BT wanting to allign their billing periods. When will BT realise that 20 quid extra on each bill is difficult for some people to find. |

If you need extra time to pay it, ask for extra time to pay it. |

I dropped my BT landline a year ago, had enough of their abysmal customer service.
Many people only have a BT line for their internet now they make calls with their mobile. |

I know of people who have cable and use something like vonage and don't bother with a normal phone. |

It's great not having to deal with BT.
I'd like to make my calls over the internet but I'm in the country and it's 2G. |

hmm... I'm fairly sure I pay for 3 months line rental in advance so how can they charge me double for something I pay in advance anyway? Sorry if I'm being stupid, I just can't work this one out... haven't got our bill yet, anyway, but just thinking ahead
