One for all URC 7556
Hi everyone, Could anyone let me know if the Humax pvr is included in the list of preset codes included in the URC7556 or would I have to program it in? Plus does the macro function allow me to start up 3 pieces of equipment with one push of the button?

In case anyone is interested, I have just received the OneforAll 7556 and it seems the code is the same as for the Urc-7781, which is sat 1176. I've just programmed it in and it's working very well. Also quite confident it will be able to turn on/off multiple devices with it's macro function.
So far very pleased with it. Miles better than the supplied one and not too expensive either. |

I bought one of these myself last week — I don't yet have a Humax HDR, but one of the Amazon reviews said it worked with the reviewer's box, and the overall reviews were very complimentary. Glad to have another confirmation that it will work when I get the HDR.
I have to say, it's a great buy for the price. Not as intelligent or complex as a Harmony, sure, but for basic setups it's perfect, and miles cheaper. I'm very happy with it. |

I would have liked the Harmony too! However if I had bought that there would have been a lack of harmony with my wife as she didn't want me to spend as much as that. The oneforall definitely works perfectly - I have had to re-arrange the location of the menu button which was very easy to program in. Oh and the radio button and Media button didn't seem programmed in so I copied them from the Humax remote as well. |
