after 2 and a half years my ipod is telling me i need anew battery does anyone know if there is someone in the inverness area who could do this ?.
thanks in advance
its easy, just need a phillips screwdriver, a decent youtube video and a bowel for the sesame seed size screws! i replaced my display the other day.. just tru and use the pry tools not a screwdriver
I echo the advice to do it yourself , Someone on this forum said the same thing to me , I was sceptical but ham fisted me did it in 15 minutes . The battery was 99p from Ebay
Even easier! Pop into your local Maplin on the high street.
I was in a small one in London the other week having a mooch and saw they do DIY replacement battery kits for all iPods for around £15-£20. Battery, fitting guide and tool, etc.
