Anyone else agree?

He showed promise! I can't believe SrAlan fired him! I thought James should have gone - he didn't have very good people skills and he was all talk and no action.

I think Rocky should've gone. He made so many mistakes today.

James made me laugh so many times today too! He could be very entertaining in future episodes.

Yeah I agree, Rocky should've stayed and James the ******** should've gone

I dont really remember James from the task, he only stuck out when he got taken to the boardroom at the end.

I am not sure what he did wrong other than people saying he had a big mouth?

He deserved to go.

He runs a sandwhich chain he should have dominated the task - or at least made a profit.

Also, like they said, he took people to the board room who shoudlnt of been there. I mean, that 1 asian guy - why the hell was he not in tehre? He did NOTHING.

Also i thought it was honourable of that 1 guy to say rocky should go in his opinion, he could have so easily said james as well. Also i liekd how when he got back to the house he told them he thought otehr people should be in there

Rocky did make the most mistakes but if i was gonna fire someone it would have be James for being so annoying!!!!!

'I am so hurt', 'i feel like my cat died!!!!" - what a knob!! Its obvious the rest of the lads cant stand him, and i reckon sir Alan kept him in for the prospect of good tv.

Poor oul Rocky was just not confident enough although obviously a birght young lad.

Wrong decision tonight, James was rubbish but the 'posh' asian guy (LOL) did absolutely nothing for the 2nd week running, Rocky didn't annoy me unlike most of the other candidates !!

Thats what i hate sometimes, when your the teamleader even though you have 2 take responsibility 100%, you get the blame when it wasnt always your fault. However i dod see why he went as he should have done alot better since he works in that area.

I don't understand why Rocky was there...he has made a successful business and is his own boss - why work for someone else?

Nice lad and all that and I'd give him one but???

Lovely guy, shame as he did really well last week too

Reminded me of the bloke who I thought went out too early last year. Forget his name now but a northerner as well.

Don't get why so many think James should have gone....he wasn't in charge of anything - not the team leader, not the lead negotiator, not in charge of costings or (that we saw) buying. Sure he's a loudmouth but didn't moan or backstab like Philip or Howard instead he did the 'minion' job he was asked to do and was happy enough to make a fool of himself in the togo and boxing outfits. There were definitely more culpable people than him and, bearing in mind his background, I felt Rocky had to go.

The task was tailor made for Rocky given he has experience in catering.

And yet he seemed lost from the outset.

It was the right decision to fire him, although gormless Nooral would have been equally worthy of getting the boot.

As for James, I didn't see him do anything wrong.

I wanted James to go , he looked so pathetic when he started with the cat stuff.

Rocky wasn't gonna win anyway as he was too young and no way would SAS have hired a 21 year old with so few years of business experience.

Me too! He was such a gent

Too bad he got stitched up by his team mates on the photography task

I thought he had better management skills but his efforts were sabotaged. Rocky, on the other hand. seemed to lack experience and maturity. Nice lad though and very easy on the eye

I'm in two minds. He did deserve to go, this is a task he should have thrived in, but others deserved to more.

Nice to see your enjoying the show davey even if you don't agree with Sir Alan's decisions (which often we don't).

I like that they praised him on Your Fired, even if the panel seemingly went back on that at the end and said he was the right person to go.

Could never take to Claire after that task

Yes agree about Rocky, too young and inexperienced but great potential

Rocky was poor, he had no control. Probably because he didn't know what to do.

James is great, he did nothing wrong through the course of the track.

He definately picked the wrong people for the board room.

The only person who deserved to go over Rocky was the little Indian lad, he's keeping under the radar which was spotted by Nick.

I felt sorry for Rocky because he came across as a likeable guy and James was highly irritating in the boardroom (though can't say he had registered on me before that) but Rocky made some appalling decisions and as team leader, for that reason, deserved to go. It is about good business sense and making a profit rather than who we warm to or don't so on that basis I think SA made the right decision.

He's Arabic, not Indian. You are right though, didn't see him myself till the boardroom.

Disagree bout James, he made no effort on the street sell. "Make sure you all mention the olympics" Rocky asked, and what did he say "Want a sandwhich?" I believe. Not even sticking out his hand to offer it.

Rocky seems very likable, but by far he was the most responsible for the team's loss. Maybe if he had picked up on what Nick said and had taken Noorul into the boardroom for trying to fly under the radar, and maybe if he had taken Philip into the boardroom because of his poor sales and general negativity, he might've stood a chance of staying.
