The Madge bloke is pretty annoying and useless

The Asian guy with the beard, he contributed nothing last week and he should have been in the boardroom for the tacky Olympic ideas as well.

'Maj' is one of my favourites. He adds much needed comedy value.

And I don't believe he's the worst. At least he came up with an idea. Rocky didn't have to endorse it.

Nooral is bugging me the most. He's contributed very little two weeks on the trot now.

Nooral the silent Asian guy. I completely forgot his name.

I agree he has his funny moments, doesn't have a hope in hell of winning though.

I agree about Noorul. He really annoyed me last week too, came across as a wannabe-Raef, going on about about how posh he looks and talks.

Its spelt Maj.

He's one of my favourites. Think he's capable and we will see more from him.

At this early stage it's tough to tell.

Raef and Lucinda didn't show much potential early on but they flourished before us.

I'd say that statement would be more fitting to Noorul. I mean, it may just be poor editing, but did he even turn up to either of the tasks?!

Raef was great in episode 2 as team leader in the laundry task.

Oh yes, so he was! He did have a dreadful start on the fish task though......as did Lucinda during the laundry challenge.

I didn't like Lucinda, i think she really should have gone early on. She had a good week late on as team leader but overall i found her quite disruptive and a poor team player most weeks.

I like Maj... His comment about not minding serving stuff up in a silly skirt as long as it was hot made me 'do a James' lol

Maj seems okay to me, nice bloke and seemed to be working hard, Nooral however is another matter - I'll predict he's fired first time in the boardroom.

Noorul is worse

He reminds me of Lohit. His voice, but also the way he fades into the background and will probably reach the final 6! He is just there to make up the numbers, as well as James, Paula, Lorraine and Majid

None of them will get hired

And I have to agree. Majid is just pointless.

I agree , you could see that they wanted to get rid of him as Nick was hinting that he was useless but Rocky didn't pick up the hint.

I really like Maj, he seems an honest bloke who made an effort even if it wasn't a great task

I like Maj.

One of the few likeable candidates at the moment.

Editing plays a big part in showing how much or how little work some do and i think Maj has fallen ill to the editing. However when they have shown him, he has been funny, honest and seems to follow his team leader's instructions well and gets along with the rest of the group.

Hopefully we will see his proper business credentials once he is team leader.

Maj is my favourite candidate so far. He has people skills and an easy-going, laid-back attitude that the other men seem to lack.
However, this care-free attitude may end up being his downfall because he needs to step his game up.

And, Nick didn't say Maj should have been brought back to the board room, even though the theme put forward by Maj was criticized. On 'You're Fired', Nick said it should have been Noorul and Philip that were brought back.
The only person that seems to think it should have been Maj was Rocky because he doesn't want to speak bad about Philip because he was his friend.

That's the impression I got.

These two were as thick as thieves from the start.

What was that nonsense comment Philip made about some of Rocky's decisions being 'genius'?!

yeh maj adds the much needed comedy value, cant wait to see him in charge when he's project manager

I don't get why Maj gets all the blame for the concept.

He just came up with an idea that allowed them to have a broad range of different food and an event that the people of London are looking forward to and can be proud of.

Rocky is the one that said "Right, we need togas!"
Maj may have made the suggestion, but Rocky is the one that took it a little too literal and went for the whole shabang! Trying to recreate Ancient Greece.

Michelle Mone seemed to like him on "You're fired." If she said all those nice things about me and finished with "I'll buy you a pint" I'd be taking her straight to the hotel bar.

A thoroughly decent chap.

I just wish he'd been a little more pro-active during the task and shown more desire in the boardroom.
