What about that guy with the huge doorstep of Mild Chedder Cheese from Macro, trying to sell it in France. AND his little 'army sausage cooker' fashioned out of a giant tin of beans and a tea-light.

That guy (forgot his name) was a legend of comedy!

I certainly don't watch to see the candidate's skills - just the lack of them.

My favourite still to this day is Nargis's ghastly presentation of the Great Ormond Street cat calendar.

Yes, but did you know there's over 6 million cats in UK?

Sorry - I haven't finished yet. You can ask questions at the end, OK?

The REAL appeal of the show is seeing egotistical people who 'big themselves up'.......make basic errors and looking like prats.
As with most reality TV, I think it is mostly about the audience judging the characters. The business side gives them something to do so we can judge them doing it.

Although they often make mistakes and get judged harshly for it, some of us are also looking out for the sound ones. In general, I can't watch unless there are at least some characters I like.

The cheese bit was probably the funniest bit of TA ever.

This is one of my favourite TV moments ever. Hilarious!

I also loved the bit when Kristina was selling the rugs, and she said something like "I am hopeless with rugs myself!" - i'm still not sure how anyone can be hopeless with rugs.

Agree with you there. To date there have always been some sound ones and they are the most interesting to watch. And yes you end up rooting for them.
