Most people seem to think it is her fault Phillip got fired which is pathetic. SA couldnt fire her over Lorraine/Phillip. She was the only one to win as PM, and the only one to show great sales technique previous to her poor performance on this task.

I think she'll bounce back

I don't see how anyone could blame Kate for Philip getting fired. Philip got himself fired.

I think Kate is brilliant. I'll be really pleased if she makes the final because she's a very smart, all rounded business-woman. She's also an elequent speaker so I suspect she'll excel at the interviews if she makes it there.

I still like Kate, she took a step back but I have no doubt she'll recover and carry on.

I think Kate is going to be given a hard time at the interviews. We know Debra has a short fuse and what makes other candidates tick. Kate; we haven't seen so much. I think SAS may want to really push some buttons to see how far they can push her before she reacts.

The lack of passion question; that one is understandable. How much does she want the job? We have seen the likes of Yasmina and Debra fighting to be top dog. I can see why they would question how much she wants the job, especially after week 7.

In previous years did they bring up when contestants have relationships with other contestants. Are they likely to brig this up and talk about what happened task 7. That's her real underperformed week to talk herself round.

Be interesting to see what her questions her family and friends get asked.

So far Kate has successfully evaded attention. She's spectacularly adept at standing on the sidelines and seems completely disinterested, or at worst intimidated, by the prospect of being PM. Unlike the other candidates she isn't vocal when it comes to suggestions, ideas and the like.

Like I said earlier nondescript, overhyped nothing special.

there is a pic of her as a teenager in heat today. I would never guess it was her!!! Shes wearing a newcastle outfit and its wierd cause thats who philip supports!! x

what makes me laugh is when she picked on ehr boyfriend in the board room. The only reason she did that is because in past shows sir alan went mental if anyone put personal life beforebusiness

She wasn't exactly nasty to him. It wasn't his strongest task and he held back - she managed to turn without insulting him. She didn't say anything she hadn't said herself. ie. she said it was unacceptable that she hadn't sold. I just thought she wanted to show she hadn't lost sight of the task, wouldn't support her "boyfriend" even when he wasn't his best. The main message being that she was tried to show Sir Alan her view wasn't clouded by romance. If you read Phil's interviews it also suggests they weren't together at this point and this was probably after he was dumped. Are they still together?

Would be interesting to see if Kate got through to the final and Phil was back; how she would feel if he was on the other team. ie. helping his girlfriend's rival for the job - could be interesting.

I saw Kate in Highbury & Islington yesterday, I wanted to tell her that I thought she was great in the series but she was on the phone.
