Any cheese except blue cheese is fab as far as I'm concerned - goat's cheese, strong cheddar, fruity cheese, Wensleydale, smoked... love it all!

Danish blue - I like Stilton too, but the Danish is creamy and bursts on the tongue.
Buy mature Cheddar all the time though. Red Leicester is good on toast. Cream cheese with garlic and herbs is moreish. I knew I shouldn't have had a beer tonight - I'm flamin' STARVING now. |

La Boursin.
Or Danish Blue. Or Feta in a nice salad. Or a good Chedder with fresh, crusty bread and pickled onion. Err....I don't know!!! Why make me choose!!! It's like choosing between my Sons. Or my Dogs!!! |

I'm not very adventurous with cheese.
I thought I was pushing the boat out by stepping up from a Mild Cheddar to a Medium one! |

Five counties/stripey jack (depends where you buy it).
Might be obvious, but it's five in one and it's really yummy!

![]() I'm going through a wensleydale with cranberries phase. Try covering a skinless boneless chicken breast with slices of it and bake for about 20-25mins. Gorgeous. As for blue cheese - I don't like overtly mouldy food - I might be able to deal with the strong taste, but the 'blueness' is a real turn-off. |
