Sony KDL40W5500 - EPG

I've just purchased a Sony KDL40W5500, a fantastic picture. But can someone tell me how to bring up the EPG as opposed to bringing up the Guide Plus+ everytime I press the guide button. I set up the Guide Plus on the intitial set up but would now prefer the EPG, is there a way to make a choice, or would I have to run the set up again and not set the Guide Plus+?

It's under digital setup somewhere, the very bottom option on one of the sub-menus.

Incredibly stupidly the EPG seems to default to Guide+ on new Sony's without asking, I can only presume Guide+ are paying Sony to do this, as that EPG contains adverts.
