I've just had my O2 reward credit and it seems I've had it twice.

I phoned up customer services who kindly let me keep the extra payment.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

You tried to give money back to a mobile phone company? They have you by the short and curlies. Mind you, O2 are ok. Try 3...or rather, don't touch them with a bargepole!

I got a text from O2 saying they've over paid me but that I could keep it.

Did anyone else get the text? It was probably only if your reward was due last Sunday.

Here is a nice situation I have.....
I changed my free monthly allowance then without topping up I received my free calls and texts to O2 numbers again each month for the last 2 months.

That happens to me every few months. Just on the 3rd of this month it happened again. 500 free texts 1MB wap and the £5 I had on my phone went to o2 numbers so I got everything I just about need. [I usually get the web bolt on also]

It's quite nice of o2 to keep giving us freebies like this. I saved myself £15 this month

As for the original point of the thread, my reward was the correct amount no double reward for me.
