No signal when recording on DVD-R and DVD+RW
My Panasonic Freeview/DVD/VCR can record on all types of discs. It's fine when I record onto DVD-RAM, but when I record on DVD-R and DVD+RW (haven't tried the others), the picture goes off about every 60 seconds (on DVD-R)with 'no signal' on the screen. It doesn't do it as often as every 60 seconds when I record on a DVD+RW, but it still does it. Any ideas why this might be happening?

I can't see any connection at all between any type of dvd disc and the message "no signal". |

It's not the signal I get through the Freeview on the TV, it just happens when I view it through the box. If it was happening through the TV only, I could just watch it through the box, but it's the box that has to be ok to record it.
