Hello! It's been a while!!!!

I've just bought a new LG Plasma TV (32PG6000).
I've setup my Sky+ system using Scart with RGB set as the output on the Sky box.

Is this the best option/setup?

Now I wanted to check I have the correct settings on the TV, Does anyone have any recommendations to tweaking the default settings to get the optimal performance out of this TV???
