It's early days, but I'm liking Kimberly so far. She seems capable without being mouthy and over-bearing, and was quite self-depricating when describing herself as something like a loud New Yorker on the first episode.
Philip is a likeable character, but does seem to moan quite a bit as pointed out by Nick Hewer in episode 2.
Ben has one of those faces that make him seem really smarmy (please don't ask me as it's just a gut reaction) and I originally didn't like him from the first episode, but he came across as ok last week. Debra and James also have "unfortunate" faces..... please don't pillary me for this comment as I don't mean "ugly" (whatever that means) or unattractive, but we've all come across people who just look like they'd be up themselves, and Debra and James fit that particular bill for me.
Lorraine is a bit like Kristina from Series 3 and I thought she should have won. So Lorraine might end up being a favourite.....
Finally, I think Najid seems ok so far.... he's likeable and you can imagine him being a good people person, which is important in business.
Anyway, after all that....... Kimberly to win (at least for now).
