This idea that Howard is weasel-like and lurks like a snake when apportioning blame seems to me unfair. Philip and especially Ben are much more prone to backbiting and faulting others.

Generally she talks sense, but I wonder if this series she's just picked the most obnoxious bunch and decided to back them.

Its probably so she can come back on later and dramatically change her opinion on another show.

Agreed. Rubbish this week. Don't know why they were saying how hilarious Maj was, because I don't think he made me smile once. At least the Mone didn't jump onto the 'we must hate James and Debra' bandwagon, which the editors seem to be forcing upon us, unlike that awful Malone woman.

Well, Mone basically just hates all the women because they can't ever be as good of an example of a business-woman as herself... But she loves all the guys for basically behaving in exactly the same way.

I couldn't stand her ever since I first saw her on Series 3.

Am surprised but glad that she likes James, as I do too, but she loses brownie points for saying she thought Ben is hot - yeurrgh!

Maj wasn't 'hilarious' but he was clearly good fun to be around and was very easy going.

I meant that the panel were really bigging him up as if he was this really funny friendly guy. We barely saw the bloke on the programme, so I'm not sure they how they could've grasped so all this about him. He made a witty barb about his wife doing the cleaning and looking like a t**t in a toga, but not much else. He didn't add as much to YF as Rocky or Anita did IMO either.

I've nothing against the guy, he seemed nice enough. My original point was just saying how it was a rubbish show this week as the panel were rubbish and Maj wasn't that great either. It was certainly the worst episode of YF this series, and that saying something when we've already had one dominated by Rufus Hound

The last two episodes of You're Fired were definitely better (the comedy talent contributed) a lot, but Maj was certainly a more interesting guest than Anita, and probably more entertaining than Rocky too.

I'm puzzled by the idea that Maj made little impression, when there are many other candidates who have made no impact at all. For example, I don't have any idea what Curly Redhead or the American are about thus far. They seem completely bland and useless as Apprentice candidates.

Debra could handle Michelle I reckon. Michelle likes to just shout and thinks that makes her better, despite the fact she has a highly successful business, comes across like she has low self-esteem.

That Maj was in there with Mone. She said several times she thought he was great, she would have kept him in, she liked him as a person and she would take him out for a drink! Go on Maj, play your cards right and your wife could have a lifetime supply of Ultimo Knickers.
