Nooral: Weakest of the lot

What does this man do? all he contributed this week was a bit of exercise during the sales pitch

whilst others may be incredibly irritating (James, Debra) or just get the idea totally wrong (Ben) at least they are actually standing out and doing something.

If i were SAS i'd make him team leader and force him to show what he brings to the competition.

I can't warm to Nooral and he's made very little contribution to any of the tasks so far.

It's still fairly early days though. I'd like to see how he handles being project leader.

Ditto Paula, the red-head.

Yeah Noorul has been fairly thin in the air along with Paula and the yank bird, I can't even remember her name.

Kimberly! Although she does speak up a bit more.

It's just so difficult to tell with the editing in these early weeks because it's hard to give everyone coverage in a one hour show.

Nowt wrong with Noodles, he did a fine job this evening.

He's done nothing so far but give him a chance, he could be a slow burner. Remember how we all thought Lucinda was utterly incompetent at this point last year, then she did alright!

True I guess, I just expected to hear her voice more often over the weeks as the accent is noticable.

Mona is quite emotionally weak, she was almost crying in the board room in week 1!!

i dont think she will win, but she does actually contribute. Nooral just sits in silence in the minivan phone conversations and the board room.

Contribution = nil. He's fired - next, surely.

He needs to step up and get himself noticed quickly or he'll end up being fired for the same reason Maj did.

It is still early days and he could turn out to be a candidate with great potential, but he needs to show what qualities he has very quickly. It would be good to see him and Paula as project managers very soon.

When he claimed in his intro that he stands out in a crowd perhaps he doesn't realise that it's part of the deal in being a teacher that he's on one side of the room and the kids are on the other, rather than his own natural charisma. Maybe next he'll start bragging about having his own whiteboard and not having to do P.E.

Noorul, Paula, Kimberly (Yank bird), Lorraine (apart from last night) have all done nothing. The next time any of them are in the boardroom, they will go.
