Easter Chocolate trifle
Somebody in work sent this to me:
1. Take a packet of double choc cookies. Dip half the pack in an alcohol of your choice and put them at the base of a baking tin or something similar. Crush the remaining cookies into small chunks and sprinkle on top, filling in the gaps. 2. Either thickly mix custard together (use powdered) and melt milk chocolate into this and pour it over cookies or chocolate angel delight and pour over cookies. 3. sprinkly the custard / delight layer with crushed malteasers. 4. The either use whipped cream or squirty cream and layer this on top of the malteasers. 5. Finish it off with sprinklings of a crushed flake bar. 6. Leave in the fridge to set for a few hours. |

OMG that sounds divine but I'm drowning in a river of calories
![]() Just had a thought - cookies would be lovely soaked in Framboise - could also add in some fresh/frozen raspberries just to add another dimension |

Someone I know tried Cointreau and said it was nice. Its majorly calorific but it does sound scrummy. I may make it on Sunday and just have a little bit myself and leave the rest for my boyfriend. Much to his delight haha
Rasberrys would be nice too. Would break up all the chocolateyness which you would prob need. |
