I'm thinking of doing it too. I want to know how the snack part works. Can you have any snack as long as it's 100 calories or less and do you have to take fat content into account? Also, if your main meal doesn't add up to 600 calories what happens then?

I'm waiting till after Easter by the way, lol.

Really, don't bother!

Any diet plan that replaces food with another source is never going to work - you have to think about your relationship with food and reassess when and what you eat. Slimfast might work in the short term, but all you're doing is staving off the problem. Not to mention that it doesn't fill you up, it goes straight through you like a dose of castor oil through a donkey and costs a bomb.

What's wrong with simply eating sensibly?

I would have thought you get really hungry only having milkshakes or soup for 2 meals a day?

Wasn't it Victoria Wood who went on this and said, "A healthy shake for breakfast, a healthy shake for lunch, and by mid-afternoon you're ripping lollipops out of toddlers' hands..."

exactly, those milkshakes must be what, about 200/300 calories a go, could make something decent and healthy for that.

Our local Farmfoods started selling their frozen ready meals a few years ago and I have to admit I bought them loads because I really liked them. But I can't find them anywhere these days at all...

Does anyone know where I could get them from ?
