Bottom is IMO the greatest British comedy sitcom of all time . . . .

Introducing Rik would be brilliant, especially if the resultant antics were anything close to the kitchen fight scene in "Guesthouse Paradiso" . . . ..

Richie: What on earth are you eating?
Eddie: Lard.
Richie: You're eating lard?
Eddie: Yeah, I'm hungry but I'm too drunk to cook."

Ritchie - "Oil ! ! ! !"

Eddie swigs oil, then throws bottle.

Eddie - "Mazola ! ! ! !"

As soon as I saw that he was in the show I said to my hubby that I wanted him to win. He is hilarious!

Most definately need Rik Mayell to come into the show even if it is just to have a Bottom moment with the cooking utensils to get rid of that awful Grant Bovay and Anthea Turner

I just hope his cooking skills aren't akin to those of Eddie & Richie! Remember their Christmas dinner??? PMSL
D`you think his Beef Sandwich was made with Vodka Margarine ?

After last nights show i am now a massive fan of Ade.

I love how he comes to the 'diary room' to have a gossip and a moan about Grant Bovey - but he does it in a fun way full of laughs and comic faces.

I think he is brilliant - and most of the time I 100% agree with everything he says concening Grant.

Totally love this guy! He makes the show with all his secret comments to the camera!

Love how he stole the pasta and never owned up to it and won! Haha!

Such a rebel <3.

Am RIGHT with him with his comments about that Jody thing too. Uhhh 'Yes Marco, no Marco, shall I wipe your arse for you Marco?'

Get back with Rik soon and write some more bloody grate comedy!

Cant wait to see him in action

Im really good friends with his daughter. (My claim to fame lol) and shes quite embarrased about him doing it.

He's hilarious though. If it was based on the public vote he would be in the final
Ooo, interesting! Do you know from her if it's true and Rik and Ade falling out?

And she's NO need to be embarrassed, Ade should be on telly more, loads of us love watching him!

He seems to be coming in for alot of stick!! I think some are taking him a bit too seriously. His humour is very tongue in cheek. Still, it's the sort that you either love or hate I'm loving his naughty schoolboy/class clown antics. Never expected anything else from him

I'm really liking him too, he's funny and I like his little quips to camera in the diary bit!

I've read on other threads that he's snide and sneaky but I really do think he is just having a laugh, and he isn't saying anything that we're not all thinking, especially when it comes to Grant & Jody!

Hope he stays for a while.

I'm feeling a bit nauseous with this Linda loving on the boards. Nice lady yes, but she isn't a patch on Ade in the entertainment stakes ! Ade's made me howl with laughter, and I've clapped at some of his comments So true lol. After Bruce left, he's been the reason I've kept watching and I'd love to see him win it.

this is how i feel...i'm only 17 so i didn't grow up watching Dynasty..i know people were shocked to see her going into Hell's Kitchen. I think she's coped well, but i don't want her to win. i think it's gonna be close between them. Ade to win though, obviously

btw, has anyone seen Ade and Jennifer's daughter Ella ? Apparently Ade taught her to play the guitar and now she's a singer/songwriter, gigging her way round the towns trying to make it. I hope she does, she has an fantastic voice ! I love it and I'll be buying her album for sure. I might even go and see her later this year
You can listen here: http://www.myspace.com/ellaedmondson

I'd like to see Ade on his Mandolin too ! Wonder if he ever guests with her?
