Minced Beef
I got some out of the freezer to use for tea tonight, but am feeling a bit lazy/uninspired. Any ideas other than the usual shepherds pie/meatballs/bolognese/chilli?

Minced beef and onions / peas and fill a Yorkshire pudd with it or make burgers

Bit late but perhaps some sort of keema curry?
Frankly I rarely veer from the spag bol/chilli option if I've got mince. |

Minced Beef, finely diced onions, tin of mixed vegetables, tin of chopped tomatoes and a jar of Rogan Josh curry sauce. More of a curried mince than a chilli mince.
