He's not going to win if his family stays in the competition with him and it seems no-one wanted to upset his little sisters by not putting them through too.

He may well be a really nice guy, and he certainly has a great voice, but he needs to ditch his family - including the cute little girls, who can't sing. Even then I wouldn't want him to win; I've nothing against watching kids, but prefer to watch more mature performers, such as Flawless, or Susan or even the woman who sang Land of Hope (at least she got the audience behind her!!!)

I thought he was very good. However, the rest of his family will have to go IMO!
I also don't think he will win - going on the first show I think Flawless and Susan Boyle will be going a lot further - but he would stand a better chance without his sisters who were very cute, but too young, and his mum and dad. His mum seemed to know what Simon and Piers were getting at and so I wouldn't be surprised if he came back on his own!

Evans (clever huh!) if he flew solo I don't think he'd stand a chance with Flawless in the competition.

He was miles better than the rest of his family but on his own, I still don't think he is good enough.
Lovely singer though - I do wish him well.

I would happily pay for a download of him singing that song solo.

Not being horrible (I never use Facebook) but how do you know its really him.
It may be someone just pretending to be him sorry do not mean to be cynical but you have to be so careful.
If it is him do notmean to offend--and yes his family are very nice

I thought he was brilliant. His sisters weren't so good, his mum wasn't bad but his dad was terrible.

We'll have to see what they do for the next round. If he goes through on his own.

His voice, I think, is rather similar to that of Charlie Green's last year. He needs to be solo to stand any chance of making the finals.

I don't really know how good Elliot was as a few mins into their act I pressed the mute button. From the little I heard I thought as a group they were dire.

He sounds like an older version of Charlie (who himself must be 12 now). Thing is, how long will it last - he looks about 13.

I hated Charlie Green but Elliott (on his own) seems okay.

However I thought the Mum was good too.

Lose Dad and the tuneless little girls for definite - maybe the mum and Elliot has a good chance - he's the image of Donny Osmond at the same age.....

I thought the mum was really quite good as well. Not quite sure what the judges were getting at by calling her equally as horrible as the others. I've seen solo singers get through with her voice with them giving standing ovations.

I smell purposeful tension creating.
