Hello,

Happy Easter to you all. I love it.

What are you cooking for your easter dinner?

I am making Roast Lamb with the works!

The leg I've got has been in the oven for a few hours already ... it's huge.

Hope everyone has a nice day and nice food, stuff your faces.

Roasted pork fillet that has been marinated in garlic, soy, rosemary, olive oil, ginger and crushed black peppercorns. Roast potatoes, carrots and brocolli will complete what I hope is a lovely Easter dinner.
Champagne to wash it down I think!
No pud though, i've put on half a stone since I packed in the fags!

Happy Easter

We're having sausage casserole with mash for dinner, saving beef roast with all the trimmings + apple crumble and custard for tomorrow when we have visitors
