Easter dinner
Hello,
Happy Easter to you all. I love it. ![]() What are you cooking for your easter dinner? ![]() I am making Roast Lamb with the works! ![]() The leg I've got has been in the oven for a few hours already ... it's huge. ![]() Hope everyone has a nice day and nice food, stuff your faces.

Roasted pork fillet that has been marinated in garlic, soy, rosemary, olive oil, ginger and crushed black peppercorns. Roast potatoes, carrots and brocolli will complete what I hope is a lovely Easter dinner.
Champagne to wash it down I think! No pud though, i've put on half a stone since I packed in the fags!

Had
Prawn and Avocado Cocktail Roast Beef and the trimmings Rhubarb and Almond Crumble with Clotted Cream Coffee and a Glass of Merlot in the Cathedral Restaurant after Easter Day Eucharist. |

Shoulder of lamb with a tomato, red wine and herb sauce, garlicky greens and roast potatoes. We were having cherry pavlova but for the first time ever my merringue went pete tong. Ended up with rhubarb crumble - still delicious though!

roast lamb, baked potato, yorkshire pudding, gravy,peas n carrots followed by pecan nut sticky toffee puding with fresh cream then a lindt bunny - yum!
