Monster Munch brand was taken over by Walkers in 1995. The monster characters were completely redesigned, and the size of the crisp was reduced. Walkers relaunched the brand with the flavours 'Pickled Onion', 'Flamin' Hot', 'Spaghetti Sauce' and 'Hamburger'. Since then the range of flavours has changed several times. The range currently consists of 'Pickled Onion', 'Roast Beef', 'Chilli Dog' and 'Flamin' Hot.'

I used to get 25p off my mum when I went to School and used to buy either a packet of Smokey Spider Monster Munch (smokey bacon flavour shaped liked spiders) or Sizzlin' Bacon Monster Munch, 22p a bag (in about 1993)!

I'm glad they sell Roast Beef now because they're delicious! Pickled Onion crisps are nasty and Flamin' Hot are mediocre.

I miss Bacon Wotsits too!

The good ole Pickled Onion flavour changed when Walkers took them over. The best now are PO Space Raiders, if you can find them. Our Morrisons has stopped doing them

Beef ones are like they used to be again, pickled onion aren't as good as they used to be, not keen on the Flamin' Hot, they give me a sore mouth.

Roast Beef are back again and taste like they did in the 1980s.

I ate one in a party last year!

pickled onion monster munches were, and always will be, the greatest crisp ever made. I've not had any for years and I can still recall that little crackle you got when u soaked it on your tongue. Divine
