Heard an interesting theory today from a friend who said he remembered the other person who called The Doctor "Spaceman". Don't mean to be annoying or cryptic but can someone tell me how to do spoiler tags so I can share the theory...

Definitely agree it was nothing more than that - a small moment to let us know he hasn't forgotten about Donna.

I took that as nothing more than him making the point that Time Lords look humanoid.
I did wonder at one point if Christina was going to end up as River Song, not sure why maybe because Michelle Ryan could pass as a young River, the way the character was pretty confident and the references she made to them being 'perfect' together. On the other hand I was not overly keen on the Christina character so quite glad it didn't turn out that way (yet!) Small matter too of her being from the 20/21st century though I guess a trip in the Tardis could solve that one!

In the context of the scene, christina has just said, "remind me not to kiss them." (referring to the tritovores)
just a few moments later, after Doc has explained he's an alien, he says "but you don't have to kiss me either".
At which point she says "but you look human", "and you look timelord".
the pause is them thinking about the "kiss" aspect. That's all - mutually silently acknowledging they fancy each other.
