LG renoir software upgrade help please..

HI,
i was upgrading my phone through the upgrade tool and the phone became disconnected by accident.
now all it says is lg mobile.com please wait when i turn it on...

is there a way to solve this?? i cannot turn the phone on or use it...

I have exactly the same problem, have you been able to fix this ?

I had problems with the software for this phone when I bought it and now it won't delete from my computer lol

anyway I just select Mass Storage anyway it is much easier than using the software.
