Gloucester Cheese

Does anyone know what I can use this for?

I bought a block of it in Tesco and I know it won't grate without falling to pieces, so I'm kind of stuck. Can you use it in pasta dishes or salads??

gloucester has quite a strong flavour and melts easy
great on toast with mustard and some beer or worcester sauce
