Was I the only one disappointed that Marco didn't throw any of the diners out like last time?

Not a bad start, and I think it'll definately improve. Grant's already getting on my nerves so I dread to think what I'll make of him in 2 weeks!

My recollection is that she was paid £100,000 and was the highest paid because it was assumed she would bring in the younger/male audience.

It's a great concept that has become, over the years, Hells Kitchen "light" (same way that they killed Fame Academy)

No Angus, no extra portions, and we did had a "live feed" at some point, didn't we?

My highlight was series one, when Amanda Barrie was sitting with a glass of wine, after another argument with Mr Ramsay, saying something along the lines of...

"Well darling, my agent told me it would be a cross between Delia Smith and Ready Steady Cook".

Classic

And the restaurant just looks like a stage set now, whereas in the past, it had a great "feel"
