- Not a tempting thought. Being pawed by Marco that is, I am sure your cheese on toast is lovely.

But would you make it to to put in your luch box for work? No. I have never seen anyone take out cold cheese on toast from a lunch box rather than a sandwich.

It's a Credit Crunch sandwich - save on bread and leave the top off.

Marco seemed to like it though, which was strange. How good can cold cheese on toast be?”

It is a sandwich. Exactly how are you defining a sandwich?

the parsley garnish mustve blown off as the cover was lifted off it , it did leave the dish looking rather plain .

True, true. Although I have eaten cold cheese on toast before and it wasn't very appetising. In fact, it was bloody disgusting I was abroad at the time too. (what that has to do with the price of fish I don't know).

For me, two slices of bread have to be involved, which they weren't - if she'd done two slices of cheese on toast, and called it an 'open toasted cheese sandwich' that would have been okay (we had this exact discussion in AK Towers last night, suffice to say Mr AK's judging was the same as Marco's once he'd clapped eyes on her )
