Virgin - Switching from PAYG to Contract
Hi guys
I have been with Virgin for over 5½ years and I am very happy with them. However, I am now considering switching from Pay As You Go to Contract. Can anyone tell me if I can keep my phone number? Thanks. CC |

If you are leaving Virgin to get a contract elsewhere then you need a PAC from them Virgin to give the new provider. If you are getting your contract with Virgin you just need to tell them you wan't to keep your number and they will arrange that for you.

In fact, they may just turn your current Pay and Go SIM into the contract, O2 did that for me a few years ago when I was with them.
