”

Thanks Corrdo_Nick!

Further details from the above link:

Exclusive to Lost in TV, free audience tickets to one of the year’s biggest television events! Five is to take twelve of the best-loved stars of reality TV, lock them all up in a great big mansion, feed them, water them and stand well back as the sparks fly and all but one are booted Back To Reality.

For three weeks in February, they will be living together with the aim of winning the coveted title of 'most popular reality TV star ever' and the chance to donate £75,000 to their favourite charity.

Back To Reality speeds the reality genre to its ultimate destination - a luxury mansion in West London inhabited by a hand-picked selection of some of the most notorious stars to have graced our screens over the last five years. The show, which will monitor the mansion twenty four hours a day, promises to be essential viewing for the millions of fans who have viewed and voted members of the public into the celebrity limelight.

The stars of Back To Reality have been gleaned from the biggest-rating reality shows of all time including, Big Brother, I’m A Celebrity - Get Me Out Of Here, and Pop Idol to name but a few. The stars (whose names will be released closer to transmission), will be subject to public vote over three weeks while competing against each other in an array of games with viewers able to watch their every move.

Can't wait!

This should be good. One of my two favorite ever BB housemates,Jade, (my other fav is Jon Tickle) delighting us again, cant wait!

My favourite is Alex, by a mile, but I quite like Jade. I'll give it a try if she's on. I doubt that it will be all that good though. Jade doesn't have Alex's wit, entertainment value or charisma. She'll probably attract people to the show but I'm not sure she'll be able to hold them.

Nobody else that they've announced sounds at all interesting.

I feel the same Darling...I'll probably watch...but I'm not that bothered about any of the people annouced so far..

I quite like Jade, but it was her interaction with Alex that I found entertaining..if he's not there..I can't really say I'll be that interested

There are rumours (and they are only rumours so far) that Kate Lawler is the co-presenter of Back To Reality...(Richard Bacon is the other).

I'd like to see any of the memorable/entertaining BB lot on Back to Reality (Jon, Federico, Jade, Alex, Anna, Nasty Nick, Sandy etc etc)

I wonder if Jonny Regan will be a contestant?.....
darling

If she's presenting it I probably won't watch - not even for Jade.

As soon as I saw in The Star "unnamed female presenter" I guessed this would be the case-not really surprised and I think this rumour is probably true (Kate being a female reality tv winner etc it is so predictable that the excecs at Five would choose her ... )
If true Kate will love presenting while Jade is a contestant I guess - but when all said and done Jade's profile speaks volumes. If this show gets good ratings it will probably be mostly down to Jade and Nick (if they are confirmed as contestants) ...

If true i'm looking forward to this-it will be interesting to see how Kate does. This will be real presenting - no sitting around - no casual early morning format where her errors are forgiven by friendly supportive channel 4 - she will need to be professional and work much harder than she ever had to on ri:se.Contestants will be stressed - if the rumour is true how will Kate cope ??

If the rumour is true.....that would be fantastic for Kate and her fans. If the rumour is just a tease by Kate's critics, that would be mean of them.

I hope the likes of Sandy, Adele or Alex Sibley dont appear on the show...Once was enough for the 3 of them on TV thank you!.

I'm sure Sandy, Adele, and Alex would rather eat Jonny Regan's toenails.

Ah, what a shame, it's Tess Daly who'll be joining Richard Bacon to present this show. Some posters have already been made for this, including Jade looking good with long brown hair, surrounded by "photographers" who just happen to be wearing their pants only! And Ricardo in an awful shiny catsuit trying to do the splits on a sofa!

Confirmed so far are: Jade, Nasty Nick, Ricardo, James Hewitt, Rik Waller and Sarah Kozer - who? Apparently runner up in Joe Millionaire? Anyway this is all from this week's Heat, 24 - 30 January, pages 34 - 35 to be exact!

Phew ..... thanks for posting this good news White Lady. I wasn't going to watch it, if that Lawler person was, once again, pretending to be a TV presenter.

I'm a bit surprised at Charlotte ( Survivor ). She has already banked a million quid so must be really desperate to get on the telly again
”

I'd have probably said she wasn't desperate but felt complimented to be asked to do the show and felt it a good opportunity to make money for charity rather than herself....

So without being too harsh on productive FM's...............
what were these "rumours"?
what is a rumour?

Something simply made up and created by the person that starts it?
(as an idea?)

or something where the poster does not wish to disclose the journalistic source?

or something where the poster omits to disclose the source in error?

I never thought this was a runner-it just did not seem to fit the profile of Kate's current apparent ambitions-it just did not seem to be right.

it was a serious adult query-not neccessarily restricted to the one concerning Kate that appeared halfway through the thread.

shame you are incapable of focussing on it.

I love this. The pre BB calendar is filling up nicely. Any more of this and I'll not have to leave the house until next august.
