Chili & Paprika Chicken
Hmm tonight I thought I would bake some chicken breasts in some foil with soy sauce, chili powder and paprika coating them. Have it with roasted new potatoes. I was also thinking of making a paprika sauce of onions, tomatos, sour cream, paprika etc. Im not really good at this kind of stuff though. Has anybody tried something similar before?

Sounds like a bit of fusion cooking. Without the tomatoes it has the feel of a stroganoff although that would be strips of chicken and probably include mushrooms.
If you are unsure maybe you should take a look at a chicken stroganoff recipe to get some basic ideas then go from there. |

Ive had stroganoff before. It was a beef one and had mustard in the sauce. Found it a bit bland and didnt like it much. I thought with the chili and paprika it would give the chicken and sauce a little kick.
