Noorul was a terrible team leader! I think if his team lost, he would have gone especially as he had a bad report from Margaret too. I actually wanted Noorul's team to lose as the product was rubbish and he was so poor at leading. Paula's team did a really good job at selling, especially at such a high price and the product was decent. It was just that fatal error that ruined everything for them.

I am really starting to like Lorraine. I loved how she dealt with Phillip getting stressed and then telling bluntly to the camera how she thought he was acting

Noorul was such a bad "leader". As soon as he gets on a losing team he's gone. I can understand how Phillip was getting so frustrated.

Noorul's team kept going on about how they had stuffed the other team but clearly they didn't win, the other team lost.

They could have made no profit at all and just broken even and the other team would have lost because they lost money.

In fact technically Noorul's lot could have taken the money, done absolutely nothing, made nothing, sold nothing, handed the money back and they would have come first

I can understand Phillip getting so frustrated with Noorul, He was absolutely useless. He should thank his lucky stars that the other team made such a monumental error.

Actually I come from a military family My father was an officer too and he came up through the ranks so please don't assume that you have the only opinion that matters.Up to last year I lived at Catterick so I do know quite a few Army people of all ranks
