lol..........I think Noorul should have gone. He was worse than useless. Ben is the most horrible person ever to grace the Apprentice, or perhaps the earth....no, he's not worse than Hitler or Stalin surely. It was a silly mistake to make on Paula's part, and she should have got Ben to be more involved, but I think even if she had asked him again to check over the figures, he would either have refused to do it in order to evade responsibility, saying something like "oh I'm sure you two must have been able to work it out" or by insulting her in some way.
Paula's mistake was to get Ben in there in the first place, because I think they would have concentrated harder on the costings if they didn't feel they could rely on Ben as a stockbroker. I don't know why they couldn't ask the perfumier about whether the figures were percentages or grams though, or did they just forget after he'd told them.
Ben's time will come when he pushes the responsibility onto someone else again. His card is marked. Yasmina, I'm actually getting to like. Although she's ruthless and took advantage of the fact she wasn't the PM, so didn't take full responsibility for the mistake, she's a darn sight more polite (at least in public), she argues her case well and is efficient.
lol...did you see Paula's face when challenged about costing for redundancies? She may not be an accountant, but she can do simple maths. The mistake was down to interpretation rather than numbers.
I still think Ben should have gone. It will be interesting to see how he is when PM!
