Alan Sugar should have said regardless of who won the task, Noorul you're fired.

He was soooooo bad.

Yeah, he was quite cringeworthy tonight. And he hasn't been that good at the other tasks either.

What I'd like to know is why this chap was selected for The Apprentice in the first place?

Why would a science teacher know anything about sales, marketing, finance or product design?

I want to see experienced and capable business people fighting it out. Not chemistry graduates.

This is the one problem with the programme. I know making money is important and I know Paula's team's mistake was appallingly obvious BUT ... Noorul had no leadership skills - in fact no skills at all, yet because of a freak mistake, he survives.

Imagine he'll be gone next week!

I was wondering the same thing. It seems odd a teacher was chosen who has no experience of business and that lack of experience showed tonight. He looked completely out of his depth.

Oh, I don't know. Teaching these days is all about form filling, budgetting, costing and "punter pleasing". Education comes in as an afterthought.
Trust me.

He was very poor at managing his team. He had a lucky escape. If it wasn't for Paula's team and their fatal error, I imagine he would have been fired.

He seemed totally out of his depth tonight, floundering, utterly pointless.

Very, very lucky his team did not lose.....

I had the same thought. The man comes across as a wimp.

I think he might be the worst PM I have ever seen. Seriously bad. The pregnant silences whilst he just stared into space were excrutiating. He offered no creativity at all either.

I quite liked him up until tonight, but he has to go now. Totally useless.

Worst PM to have ever won a task I think.

If it hadn't been for the Paula/Yasmina brain fart moment, he'd have had his ass fired.

Possibly the most uncharismatic contestant ever to appear on the show.

It reminded me of when they had that Physics specialist on a couple of years ago who thought it was morally wrong to make profit!

Yes! I remember her. I know they want a mix of people, but Noorul is a science teacher for god's sake, why on earth was he chosen, blatently not suitable. He said he was great at selling and a superb leader. How would he know? Heading up the science department of the local secondary school is not the same thing as project managing in business.

I doubt I'd have done any better than he did, but then I wouldn't have been stupid enough to apply!

Well I definately would have done much worse, as I would have assaulted Philip and put a firework in Kim's bag when she wasn't looking. I would be the only candidate to exit via arrest for a serious bodily offence. Like yourself, I am aware of my lack of suitability - Noorul though...

Noooo you'd have been perfect for the show. Sir Alan seems to like his candidates to be as outrageous as possible these days!

One thing though, anyone who's ever used the London underground knows that it's the worst possible place to try and sell things. Being hasstled by pushy sales people is the last thing commuters want after a long day in the office. I could have offered them that pearl of wisdom if nothing else.

I find him rather fascinating, in a kind of terrifying way. He reminds me of the creepy little guy in Lost Highway. I'd like him to win, if only for the element of shock for all involved.

We had him down as dead man walking, before we realised how much the other team had spent, first time in the boardroom, he's gone

What a waste of time he is. Wish SA had just fired him anyway.

Imagine trying to sell soap with those stupid outfits on! Looked as if the soap might be radioactive!

That would have been classic!

"Noorul, your team won, but you was bloody useless, so you're fired anyway"
