Probably not happy, that he was with some of the "alternative" females Lorraine, the American woman and of course Norul.

Yet he still is on the winning team

I've gone off Phil again this week.

He came across as too aggressive.

He reminds me of Lee from last year but without any of the charisma and likeability factor.

I agree Esqualita...I liked him last week when he stood up for Lorraine and I thought that he may not be a complete moron as I had originally taken him to be but after tonight I just realised that all he does is talk and moan...and often just to try and create conflict with the PM so he can spin some line about he doesn't kiss ar*e or something.

Plus Lee actually was a grafter whereas Phillip seems intent on just complaining and then complaining some more when the original complaining didn't achieve the desired result.

He's got the whole cliched Northern Whinger thing down to a tee. He only gets away with it because he's cute.
he's a twonk.

Phil was alright but he wasn't impressive tonight, and it looks like more Phil vs Kim vs Lorraine stuff is going to occur next week. Lorraine's comment was completely right. He was acting like a d*ckhead.

Lee was a team-player. He was always trying to motivate and he worked his ass off (and a fine ass it was too!).

By contrast, Phil looks for every opportunity to deride his team-mates.

I think it was Alex that was the winger last year.

Yes, but he was only 24, you know!

He's also very guilty of over doing his "geordie" accent.......

before anyone lynches me - I live in the North East and known these things....

I loved that comment from Lorraine I liked Phillip last week but wasn't so keen on him this week. I think he is just determined to get the job done and when progress is slow, he gets stressed and frustrated which gives him a bad image. He needs to be a bit more positive.

I really can not stand Phillip! He always seems to be too quick to judge the pm's, but never steps up himself!

He shouts an awful lot when things aren't going right. I can't see how that helps matters and that poor design guy - he didn't know where to look.

Lorraine's assessment of him afterwards is something I very much agree with and it made me chuckle.

I've just posted about how wonderful he is on his appreciation thread!

Judging by the fact that I rescued it from page 3, it looks like I'm on my own at the moment!

Oh well, I still fancy the pants off him, no matter what!

He doesn't in the boardroom though! He's maybe hot-tempered when working on the team, but he's not let anyone down in the boardroom. I like that....

Growing to like him better....

Totally! Well, that PLUS the fact he's not a snitch in the boardroom....I like that in a man....

Now stop influencing me even more, okay?

I can understand his frustration though - he's rather just get to the point

Was he really - I'd never have known. It's not like he mentioned it a lot!

I like Phil. Didn't like him the first two weeks, but he is growing on me. I would like to see what he can do as team leader.

He is awful at getting his point across but I agreed with what he saying, just not the way he went about it.

That's what I'm getting off him, although he does whinge straight to camera a bit much. I do the same job as him, and your tolerance level for long, waffling, indesive rambling gets very low - you learn to take control of the conversation and attempt to get straight to the point - although loosing his rag was unprofessional, I was yelling 'make a bloody decision man' at the tv along with him
