They seem the most capable to me, Debra half spotted the costing mistake but it was glossed over.

Phil wasn't as good as usual but still miles better than nearly them all.

Kate is a dark horse I think, not the roots

I can see her getting stronger as it goes on.

Not sure who I want as my other finalist.

Ugh, they are all reasonably competent but I have reasons to dislike all three.

Kate and Phil might well be amongst the best of a bad bunch, but it doesn't sit well with me that they got off with each other in the house. It means they blatantly won't select one another for the boardroom and it doesn't say a lot for Kate who harped on about wanting to be taken seriously and to rely on her intelligence to see her progress in the competition.

Definitely agree. As well as those 3 I'd like Lorraine in the final, underdog and all that

I can't warm to any of the men this year at all apart from Phil.

Kate has a very charming sales technique

I'm not keen on anyone particularly so far but the only ones I tend to lean in favour of rather than against at this point are Howard,Kate,Mona and James (I thought he was actually rather sensible this week)

I've gone off Yasmina after her talk about "sh*tting on people". I understand where she was coming from but there really isn't a need to be so brash and ruthless IMO.

Don't care either way about Debra or Kimberley.

Noorul is just completely useless as is Phillip. Something about Lorraine bugs me and the less said about Ben the better.

Yasmina almost won me over until she came out with that comment. She's too cold.

The only person I vaguely like is Lorraine. But I don't think she has a hope in hell. She's not polished enough.

The men this year are very similar to those of series 2 - all rubbish with only 2 possible exceptions (Philip and Howard IMO, although Phil hasn't been PM yet, he might be total trousers as well!)

The women are much stronger for me: Kate, Debra, Yasmina, Kim, even Lorraine to a certain extent have impressed me this series (jury's still out on Mona).

Don't mind Debra or Kate, although I realise that Debra can be ice cold ruthless. I don't necessarily mean that as a bad thing, it's just that I can imagine it scary for other people when she's driven and trying to be clinically efficient.

But not so keen on Phil.

I like Howard and Philip; and Kate, Debra and Yasmina.

I dislike Noorul, Ben and Mona.

I'm ambivalent about James, Kimberly and Lorraine. The latter two haven't stood out much, and I'm giving James a chance because of Margaret's opinion.

Kate and Kimberley are the only one left I like much. I don't mind Yasmina though, and I must admit to a sneaking soft spot for Debra.

From what I've seen Howard appears to have his head screwed on.

Phillip is simply a total whinger and appears to do little of use.

Yasmina; well I'd keep my eye her. Maticulous about costs when leading at team but no so much when she isn't. I wonder did she lapse on purpose.

Ben is thuggish, arrogent and very, very thick.

The rest I'm not sure about.

I agree with all of that, except that I do quite like Phil (despite myself). However, I think James is a bit of a dark horse. Clearly, he lets his mouth run away with him when he is in the boardroom, but otherwise, he seems pretty on-the-ball.

I'd like to see KAte actually lead a task though. I don't think she's proved herself at all:

In the catering task, she was awful at selling the sandwiches and platters to the company,

In the fitness task she did not present well.

She did sell well in the soap challenge, but apparently so did plenty of the others.

I think she likes to smile a lot and be agreeable in the background, but I've yet to see her make any decisions.

The only thing about Phil is his job. I'm not sure (although you really never know) SAS would hire an estate agent for this job. If you look at previous series the ones who come from orthodox business environments have always won over others like scientists and car dealers so maybe SAS might think that he may not have a complete set of skills required for the job. I cpuld be completely wrong though..I thought Lee was never gonna win after the CV lie.

So far, I strongly dislike Yasmina and Ben. I disliked Mona in the first week as she just irritated me, but she hasn't done much since then so I don't really have much of an opinion on her currently.

I really like Lorraine though. She's probably my favourite at this point. I also like Howard and Debra. They both seem capable but I think they could be sneaky too, which would make good TV.

I really liked Phillip last week, but wasn't so keen on his behaviour this week.

Kate seems nice. I would like to see her as a team leader.

Agree with this, Kate has done nothing to impress me at all. She is keeping it low key. Although not as low-key as Maj and Noorul. Will see what happenes when she is a PM.

Debra - I dont like, she is a two-faced cow....She is worse than Ben..at least Ben tells you to your face, Debra would go behind your back. Which is a lot worse. Although, I think she has enough to make it to the final four.

Phil - he seems ok, although he needs to take things a bit easy. He can get a bit agresive, when things dont get done...as was apparent with last nights episode. This maybe his downfall.

I really dont have a fav at the moment, to be honest. Although Phil is growing on me.

I like Debra, she's straight to the point, doesn't beat around the bush and has balls.

I also like Kimberley - the nicer version of Debra almost.

Kate is just a stupid blonde, she's got nothing to say for herself and her presenting skills are awful. Same with Lorraine, no point to her, and Mona, to a lesser degree.

Ben is a vile idiot, Philip's a moaning cow, Howard doesn't do much either but bitch, James is incompetent and so is Noorul.

Debra is no doubt a contender but she radiates "I have to win at any price" expressions and should learn to tone them down. there's such a thing as wanting it too much. Liking Phillip more than at first but is his accent against him? I've done a total turn around, now loving James and wishing him well and Sir Alan has stated right out he is impressed with his c.v.

Ben, just go away, the pantomine villain is overplayed and you have to be a fun person to get away with it.

I find someting very creepy and unnerving about Debra's face. Would not trust her one iota.

Lorraine is my favourite. Phil seems OK but is too quick to flip. Howard looks a bit of a dark horse.

Yasmina is probably the best game player and should do well.

I think there is more to Yasmina than meets the eye and not in a good way. She was the one who actually had the price list and the calculator and told Paula the Sandlewood oil cost £1.97! That was based in part on Paula's misleading of 3% for 3g but it must have been pretty obvious to Yasmina, if not then, when she was pouring a bucketful into the vat later on what had happened. Even Debra clocked as soon as Sandlewood was mentioned that there was danger. Given how hot on costs Yasmina was in the catering task I find it very hard to believe she didn't give her 'friend' a helping hand to self sabatage.

Kate has an air of competence but I haven't seen her do anything of note yet, I hope she becomes PM soon. I can't see Debra being a team player and her managerial style didn't impress me at all tbh. Phillip seems fairly good (he pretty much won the task for Debra last week) and I can relate to his inability to suffer fools gladly but I think this could be his downfall.

In terms of personality Lorraine is my favourite but even if she turns out to be super competent like Lucinda before her I just can't see sirallan hiring her.

James is also growing on me for some unknown reason, his goofiness is kind of endearing and he made sensible points this week.

I think Howard is very underrated. When you consider it was the very first task I thought he did a pretty good job as PM, in fact he's probably the best so far a long with Yasmina (ironically Paula would have been up there if it wasn't for her fatal mistake) his only fault being that he was a little unassertive.
