If he was my manager and behaving like that he would have a few tribunals on his hands......if he was a client however, I'd be looking to have him referred for psychiatric help for his delusions and aggressive behaviour.

As people mentioned above I'd probably be sacked for giving him a good ear bashing and telling him where to go due to his pompous attitude or smacking him one. I'm not actually a vocal or violent person but he'd really bring the worst out of me.

Unfortunately I do work with a Ben Not very often thankfully, the best way to deal with Bens is to repeat their most self-aggrandising statements in a stupid accent and make everybody else laugh at them the Ben in my job really hates that, sometimes he even clenches his fists when I do it

I know plenty of people like Ben unfortunately. They swan around with their Blackberries and suits talking loudly and looking down their noses at anyone who actually does any money earning work in whatever company they leech off.

I think Ben is a fairly typical city boy, has earned too much money too young and thinks he is god's gift because of it. A good boss could slap him down pretty quickly.

I wonder how much the Producers encourage the candidates to make their moronic statements and how much is unprompted. I get the feeling in Ben's case it all comes quite naturally to him.
