Seems his current employers/colleagues didn't want him either.

He puts me in mind of a car ad some years ago - Audi I think - where a bloke like Ben is test driving the car and going on about his "image" etc. A minute of this and you are thinking "what a total knob" - then he gets back to he garage and the salesman asks him if he is interested. He replies "No, mate, not my sort of car".

I'd be concerned about his loyalty to be honest; there was an element of trying to shift the blame this week. He's got a bit too much to say for himself at times!

I used to work with someone very like that, he was a complete **** as well.

He got the chop in the end too. Employers don't put up with that sort of behaviour.
