He's the most undynamic project manager yet!
"Er... right, let's er.. decide on the er... erm... er.. the er.. beauty product. Does anyone... er... hold on... erm... yeah... er have any.. ideas? I er.. hmm... er.. what... yeah....er let's... discuss this..."

We are still to see the big rumoured rows between him and Ben - so it would appear we are due a few more weeks of Noorul (and sadly Ben).

Priceless. Both him and that uncharismatic Brummie red head bird were the most mediocre contestants yet to appear in the series.

Say what you like but he won the task!
There seems to be a common theme so far in all the episodes that scrambling around flogging substandard goods or services for an extra quid here or there is the way to succeed in business. Can't help suspecting this works better for one-off market stalls or events than as a long term business strategy, maybe it's another symptom of the recession! |

To be fair to Noorul. I think the editing of the show played a huge part towards his 'downfall' (in that episode).

He is definitely a genius by default!!!
How he managed to avoid even getting into the boardroom last night will be discussed long after the human race is extinct!

Noorul was out of his depth last night. He was lucky the other team messed up because i dont think he would have survived otherwise.

Whilst he was obviously a pretty hopeless PM, it is very evident that the production company edited things to make him look even worse.
At the start of the task where he didn't appear to be saying anything it was obvious that they had edited out any actual discussion since they were actually making progress. |

I don't think that took a lot of editing

makes you wonder how he beat thousands of others to make it on the show.
They get many thousands of applicants and it would be very easy to give them a series of tests to ensure that they could handle the basics of business. Whilst they may claim that the programme is about siralun looking for an apprentice, whatever they may have connec him into believing it's really about watching a bunch of people fail in more or less entertaining ways. It would not surprise me in the slightest if they did not deliberately select candidates with various deficiencies in their skills sets to set them up for falls. In fact I would be most surprised if they didn't. |

It's obvious the editing is deliberately creating an exaggerated angle of uselessness in Noorul's case. After all, all his team members said he'd done a good job - or words to that effect - when asked by Sralan...when they could have easily started preparing their fall guy...which is what they usually do.
Mind you, his sales pitch leaves a lot to be desired... |
