That made me laugh out loud(but silently as I am at work)

It was also deliberately edited to make us think that the other team had won, despite that ridiculous costing mistake...

I bet the producers were really torn as to whether to warn Paula's team about that costing error in advance or surprise them in the boardroom... Nick telling them when it was too late to do anything about it was probably the compromise they reached.

I can't believe that 'the one that got away' segment on You're Fired was the team leader of the winning team.
Absolutely hilarious!

A wet lettice came to mind last night when watching him.
How he manages to teach and control a class is beyond me. He is out of his depth and was lucky his time won last night because he would have gone if his team had been in the board room. He seems a nice chap but not made out for being on the apprentice.

Makes you wonder how he was whittled down from thousands of applications

I have to say, last night's Apprentice was the first one where I've thought in a big way, 'I could actually do much better than the folk on there'. Quite seriously. Although I've not got the 'full of myself' personality that I think is necessary.

But I reckon I could have done better than Noorul or Paula. I honestly don't think I'd have displayed the weaknesses / ineptness that they displayed.

However, I love my job and don't want to be Sr'Alan's apprentice, so I'll not be applying for next year!

You're not wrong there.

I've heard of $64,000 questions, but that is a £79,000,000 question!

His face is one of those ugly faces that shouldn't be - he needs to shave his head, I think, and wear glasses. That would be better. It's that mop of greasy hair and his staring eyes, like the phantom of the opera going for a job interview. What do you think his pupils call him? Neural Nural? Nurinal? Answers on a postcard please to me...

It really is my bedtime - so forgive me if I didn't read the whole thread - but are you having a laugh?

Is this the Noorul who in the first programme claimed to be posh.

I don't agree it was too late to do anything about it. If they'd relooked at their costings overnight they could have priced the product accordingly to make up for any shortfall. They could have sold bundle/gift packs. The product and packaging was premium enough to go in at a higher price. It was pretty poor but I'm sure if I was in Paula's shoes I would be sh*tting myself for making such an error but in business everyone makes mistakes, its how you rectify those mistakes that makes a true businessman.
As for Norul he was very lucky. Completely out of his depth and very lucky he had a hard working team that pulled it through largely thanks to Mona(?) and the lady with the glasses (Lorraine I think).

He's not really that bad looking, but I must admit he looked terrifying in that bee-keeper's suit trying to sell the products, with just those eyes staring out!
