Is it just me or does Lorraine's accent seem to switch between English and Irish?? I noticed it last week too but just assumed I was going barmy, but when she was selling in this week's she definitely sounded Irish - has anyone else noticed this??

She seems a very interesting character so far and I liked her no nonsense comment regarding Philip

She may be one of those people that unconsciously mimics the accents of people she is speaking to.

That's very possible, I do that occasionally. Sometimes I also unconsciously switch accents depending on what I'm talking about, so for example when I talk about my Dad's mum, I go a bit Welsh because it's what I associate with her.
