Wow, good effort! I think you can expect a few trips to the toilet later on!

I love ryvita too, just not a whole packet in one go!

I eat them with some philadelphia on! I can't eat more than 2 or 3 at once though as I find them so filling, and also very dry. Well done for eating a whole packet!!!

I turn to Ryvita Origonal when I'm watching the calories !
Philly light or Tesco's low fat spread cheese, topped with tomato, cucumber, ham etc. Very filling, tasty and low cal.

I feel much better when I'm eating it, really does keep your belly nice and airy.

I eat it raw, can't remember the last time I bothered putting anything on top of it.

I'm a cheese and cracker fan. I like ryvita size of slice once in a while. Good that my need to add butter gets lessened in terms of calories from eating normal crackers.

I love Ryvitas. Usually have the Dark Rye or the Sesame Seed.

Pate is nice with them, Philadelphia (full fat) and Boursin too.

I do low-carb (Atklins) and they are a Godsend.

very little amazes me in terms of eating capacity, but going through an entire pack of ryvita, at once, with nothing on them, astonishes me.

I live not too far from the Ryvita factory in Poole, and LOVE the smell that emanates from there. When you pass the factory it makes you want Ryvita's badly!

Even when I used to work 3 miles or so away from it, you could still smell them when the wind was in the right direction

Are you sure the smell was coming from the product and not the workers.

you get less crumbs if you spread the dimpled side, and more butter in the dimples!
