I just caught up with this weeks ep and you're fired and thought it was such a shame that Paula got fired. However it seemed that the lady from Molton Brown seemed quite impressed by Paula and thought she might talk to her after the show about a job.

This got me wondering about what the fired candidates do between filming and the series airing. Do they just go back to their jobs, do they find other jobs, are they paid to sit around in hiding so as not to give away who wins?

Does anyone know?

Most go back to their old jobs or try to set up some joke consultancy, being contractually sworn to secrecy. Ben won't though as his employers sacked him for being an ar*e.
