One of the worst human beings ever, still as arrogant as he was on X Factor.

HAHA that he was nearly thrown out!

To be fair, he may be a twerp, but he's not entirely talentless.

Well he clearly hasn't much knowledge of cuisine - same goes for his dumb girlfriend.

Well Marco like consistancy and I have consistantly found Jonathans voice terrible since his X Factor days.

Now she is someone who's desperately needing a slap.

I can see why G4 split up if they had to work with him

I think his girlfirend wants a real man, not a jumped has been. Did he know that you get the meal for free. The arguement made him look like a total prat....

I felt sorry for Nick, being almost humiliated by this total freeloading prat.

I think Marco should've shown some solidarity and backed up Nick, despite his really 'well reasoned' argument.

I can't stand men that make a fuss in restaraunts, on behalf of their partners. I have actually dumped a bloke for being a prat to serving staff, it is horrible, bullying, show off trait. Put me right off him.

Marco just likes to assert himself over Nick sometimes. Nick should have taken it to the pass himself, Marco would have refused to re-do it then. He usually does, it was just to humiliate Nick.

He was trying to impress his girl. His girlfriend is thick enough not to know cooked veal is pink.

And for that two men made arses of themselves. Thick mare!

I must be in the minority as I was on Ansell's side on this one.

I don't like meat that is in danger of walking off my plate. So his girlfriend wanted her veal well done? Big deal!

Ansell argued his point well, whereas Nick just came across as an arse (again).

You might be right Sid, I might be clouded by dislike of Ansell. Nick should have perhaps made it clear that cooked through did not mean well done, it was a bit of a misleading description.

Still think they should all stop moaning though, seeing as it is all a bit pretend.

I'm setting myself up to be ridiculed here, but if a waiter in a restaurant was rude to your fiancee or a relative of your family, are you telling me that you wouldn't stick up for them? This is what Jonathan was doing.

There's a saying - "The customer is always right". If you want something cooked in a particular way, then surely it is your right to ask for it to be done that way.

And with all due respect, if you actually knew Jonathan, you would know that he is not full of himself, rude or arrogant at all. I have met him a couple of times, and each time, he has been polite, friendly and down-to-earth.

Fair enough Sid - but when eating out do you make that clear to the waiter?

I don't like my meat oozing blood - but there is a big difference between that and slightly pink.

I ate in the Saltlik steakhouse in Calgary - I explained to the very knowledgeable waiter what I could and could not eat. As a result the steak was the best I've ever eaten - just a shame that it's a bit too far to dine there on a regular basis.

Totally agree. I dont much care for him either but that jumped up waiter went out of his way to make him look stupid in front of his friends. Marco was no better ordering him to go and sit down.
If it was me being treated like that in a resteraunt I wouldnt have just called him a prick, I would have stuck one on him aswell.

If I felt strongly I think I might have asked for well done veal - but offered to pay for the meal, instead of accepting a freebie and then making a fuss.
